German Court Says Breast Reduction Surgery is Purely Cosmetic

Recently, a German court ruled that insurance companies are not required to cover the expense of a breast reduction surgery, except in cases of severe deformity. This case is important, because it is one of the first where the courts make a federal mandate regarding the popular surgery.
